About Therapy
Feeling curious about patterns you’ve noticed affect your life?
Perhaps you feel lost, or that you are yet to discover who you are?
Are you experiencing a crisis, feeling isolated or misunderstood?
Allowing yourself the gift of space and time to take a deeper look into the aspects in which you feel stuck or disempowered, can stimulate the real change you desire.
I offer a non-judgemental, confidential setting where together we can explore new possibilities.
My approach is to journey alongside you and make meaning of your experiences, honour the unique gifts your path has brought you and their unfolding potential.
Issues of belonging, purpose, relationship, gender, sexuality, diversity and intersectionality are all welcome.
This is an inclusive space where ethical non-monagomy, queerness, sex-positivty and kink can be explored.

Integrative Transpersonal Therapy
I use Developmental, Analytic and Humanistic perspectives with a soulful approach to help us to understand what is happening for you in the here and now.
This will most likely involve thinking about childhood, family history, the environment you developed in and the relationships which have informed your current experience.
You will be invited to access your unconscious using images, metaphors, dreams… and by any creative means that resonate with you, be it written word, poetry, art, music…
We will bring attention to what is unspoken but held in the body, using movement and breath-work.
I trained at Re-Vision, and began practicing at their Low Cost Counselling service for three years. I have worked in private practice for four years in East London.
Some influences include; Jung, Winnicott, Hillman, Gestalt and Somatic practices.
I’m a member of the BACP and UKCP and subscribe to their practice policies and standards.
Sessions
I offer long-term and short-term, open-ended and time-limited online sessions, accessible via Zoom; Monday - Friday 10am -6pm
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are £70
Initial Meeting
If you are interested in sessions, a brief introductory phone call together is usually a good starting point to orientate our work together.
This is will last around 20 minutes and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions around sessions and tell me a bit about your needs.
Please get in touch and let me know your availability so we can schedule a time to connect.
A first session will give us the opportunity to meet one another and see how this feels. I will gather some back-ground information around what has brought you to therapy and how you hope to feel like on the other side of the process.
We can discuss any concerns you might have, previous experiences of therapy and what your expectations are now.
By the end of our first meeting you will have an understanding of how we can work together and what that might look like.
Then if you feel you would like to work together, we can form an agreement to continue.
About Me
Before training as a therapist, I studied Architecture and Landscape and worked in environmental design.
I am interested in the way in which our surroundings and community touch upon our human experience; how our relationship to our environment intersects with our sense-of-self and place in the world and our beliefs.
My time in the private corporate sector provided me with insight into how the soulful and creative parts of us can become lost or fragmented and yearn to be be recovered and re-woven back into our lives.
I grew-up in rural Wales where my experience of nature as a holding environment, has led me to grow an interest in Eco-Psychotherapy and how it can offer us connection back to self.
Dance, movement, music and community are also vital apects I have identified as paths of self-expression and healing.
